Track employment trends in core business areas, conducting market analysis and organizational mapping to deliver strategic industry insights.
Spearhead employer branding initiatives, technical recruitment events, and corporate referral programs to enhance market presence.
skills and experience required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience utilizing advanced talent acquisition strategies, boolean logic, and sophisticated applicant tracking software.
Proven track record of developing and executing innovative, diverse sourcing frameworks to attract niche technology profiles.
Professional fluency in English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively with corporate headquarters, regional stakeholders, and business leaders in China.
Analytical orientation with experience tracking conversion metrics, optimizing interview processes, and building sustainable talent pipelines.
Background in technology recruitment, specifically sourcing for cloud infrastructure, enterprise software sales, pre-sales, or post-sales functions is highly advantageous.
