This would be an individual contributor role focused on deepening client relationships and driving the adoption of their specialized learning solutions across the financial services sector.
About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for:
- Driving new business development and expanding market share within financial institutions, including banks, asset managers, fintech firms, and regulators.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring sustained engagement and program adoption.
- Delivering consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client business goals and workforce development needs.
- Collaborating with product, content, and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategies and client requirements.
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while accurately tracking pipeline and performance metrics in CRM systems.

Skills and Experience Required
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in financial services, learning & development, or enterprise-level solutions.
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive consultative sales processes.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with a commercial mindset and a collaborative approach.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, regionally diverse environment.
