About the Team | ManagerReporting to the Sales Director for APAC, the Regional Sales Manager will be a key driver of business growth across the SEA territory. You will lead the company’s efforts in capital medical equipment and services, working closely with international cross-functional teams and managing a network of indirect stakeholders.
About the JobAs the Regional Sales Manager for SEA, you are responsible for leading and driving the business to achieve ambitious sales, growth, and profitability targets within the territory. In this high-impact role, you will evaluate market potential, convert opportunities into profitable revenue, and develop successful sales channel strategies. Your core responsibilities include managing and negotiating agreements for indirect channel partners, providing them with coaching and support to ensure successful product positioning and competitive offerings. You will establish robust business plans, maintain accurate sales forecasts, and perform territorial analysis to identify customer needs and competitor activities. Furthermore, you will build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), including oncologists, therapists, and medical physicists, while managing the entire sales cycle from lead identification to contract closure. You will also represent the company at international exhibitions and congresses, ensuring all activities comply with corporate policies and ethical standards.
Skills and Experience Required
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field
- 5 years of sales experience in Capital equipment, Services or Medical Devices in the region
- Experienced in CRM, sales reporting and ERP systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technology to healthcare professionals.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills, especially within complex acquisition processes.
- Ability to travel frequently, across overseas locations.
- A proven track record of growing and managing internal and external stakeholders
