You will report to the Compliance Team Lead and be responsible for:
Become a trusted advisor: You'll be the go-to person for business units on matters related to regulatory compliance, particularly on fit and proper declarations.
Conduct in-depth investigations: You'll perform enhanced monitoring and assessments of sales representatives, ensuring the highest standards are met.
Drive positive change: Your work will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to a culture of integrity and ethical conduct across the organization.
Skills and experience required
At least 3 years of sales/distribution compliance experience in the financial services industry. You should be familiar with local regulatory guidelines. Open to considering applicants from casinos and police forces who possess experience in investigative works within the financial services industry.
