As a senior leader within the risk management group, you will spearhead the development of robust liquidity frameworks to ensure the bank maintains a resilient financial position amidst evolving market demands.
Lead the strategic formulation and implementation of comprehensive liquidity risk policies and governance structures.
Act as a primary advisor to internal and external stakeholders, providing expert analysis to mitigate vulnerabilities in traditional and digital asset spaces.
Oversee the monitoring and control of risk exposures to ensure continuous alignment with international regulatory standards.
Drive the validation and refinement of quantitative methodologies and underlying model assumptions.
Represent the organization in high-level regulatory engagements and internal risk committees to articulate complex risk implications.
skills and experience required
Minimum 10 years of experience in treasury functions or liquidity risk management, with 2-3 years of experience in digital assets.
Deep technical expertise in liquidity risk methodologies, Asset-Liability Management (ALM) principles, and regulatory frameworks.
Strong academic background in a quantitative field such as Finance, Statistics, or Accountancy.
Exceptional ability to communicate and influence diverse stakeholders on complex risk concepts and strategic initiatives.
Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, or CFA are considered a significant advantage.
