· Be responsible for the development of new business and client acquisition such as Global Private Banks, Securities Firms, Asset Management and Family Offices by building and fostering relationships with respective private bankers and wealth planners

· Build and foster rapport with wealth planners, team leaders and market heads in order to drive referral opportunities with High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients
· Work closely with the private bankers, wealth planners and client advisors to understand the HNW clients’ profiles, needs and expectations in order to provide appropriate recommendations on life insurance solutions. Core to this responsibility is consultative consulting adopting a client centric and issues led approach.
· Achieve sales targets set by the Company through building a strong sales pipeline and activities

· Performance driven, results focused and proven sales track records in promoting Universal Life and/ or other life insurance products
· Possess a global and growth mind-set while being technically proficient in the HNW product and services in this segment and with ability to work collaboratively across the globe
· Strong presentation skills, an excellent communicator with client facing experience and existing ultra HNW client relationships
· A team player that possess good interpersonal skills with excellent communication and negotiation proficiencies.
