Develop and drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for marine and power products
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, dealers, and suppliers
Oversee all aftersales operations, including maintenance programs, warranty claims, and spare parts availability
Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of both the sales and service teams
Manage departmental budgets, track operational KPIs, and prepare management reports
Plan promotional campaigns and negotiate contracts to expand market presence

skills & experience required

Master / Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Min 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or operations, ideally within the marine industries
Proven track record in sales management, achieving targets, and handling dealer networks
Prior experience managing aftersales operations and familiarity with technical equipment are preferred
