About the Job
We are hiring an APAC Sales Operations Manager responsible for managing proposals, contracts, and commercial administration across the region. This role supports the full sales lifecycle from bids and RFP/RFQ submissions to order processing, contract changes, and commercial governance.
You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal and Pricing teams to ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. The role also supports revenue teams across APAC, with China representing a significant portion of the business. You will be a key partner to regional sales leads, providing clarity, structure and operational discipline to help drive commercial performance.
Skills and Experience Required
3–5 years of experience in sales operations, contracts, bids/proposals, or commercial support roles.
Strong experience handling:
Proposals and contracts
Bids, RFPs, RFQs, quotations
Sales orders and change order management
Pricing coordination and contract governance
Ability to manage stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Pricing teams.
Comfortable working in a regional APAC environment, including cross-border coordination.
