The Role
This is a critical role that acts as the analytical backbone of a high-performing regional sales team. You will transform raw sales and marketing data into strategic insights, enabling leadership to make informed decisions, optimize sales processes, and accelerate business growth. You will be the go-to expert for the sales technology stack, including CRM and business intelligence tools.
Responsibilities
... Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales figures, pipeline data, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks. You will create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide clear, actionable insights for the sales leadership team.
Sales Forecasting & Performance Tracking: Collaborate with the sales team to develop accurate sales forecasts. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order intake and pipeline progression, flagging inconsistencies and providing recommendations for improvement.
CRM & Sales Process Management: Serve as a subject matter expert for the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and driving user adoption. You will help streamline and improve sales processes to enhance team efficiency.
Strategic Support & Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, business intelligence, and other internal teams to align on strategy and support regional marketing campaigns and industry events.
Requirements
A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Preferably 5 years of experience in a sales operations, commercial analysis, or similar role within a complex B2B, or industrial project-based organization.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency with modern CRM platforms and BI tools (like Power BI) is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, matrixed organization.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and contribute to business success. Knowledge of regional heavy industrial markets is a plus.
