about the job
- Partner with Sales to attend client meetings, acting as the subject matter expert who transforms business pain points into SAP B1 solutions.
- Take full accountability for the creation of RFI/RFP responses, technical quotations, and project estimates—ensuring every document is professional and persuasive.
- Design and deliver high-impact product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoC) that clearly articulate business value.
- Lead and mentor our team of technical and functional consultants, ensuring they meet delivery standards and project timelines.
- Oversee project lifecycles from initial blueprinting to go-live, acting as the primary escalation point for the client to ensure satisfaction and budget adherence.
- Provide management with accurate sales forecasting, revenue recognition data, and account updates.
skills and experience required
Solid functional background in SAP B1 modules but prefer the strategic "front-end" of the business over back-end coding.
5–8 years of experience in the SAP B1 ecosystem and comfortable leading workshops and influencing stakeholders at all levels with clarity and confidence.
Proven track record in solution consulting, pre-sales, or project management within ERP environments.

This is a permanent role for a SAP B1 Lead will pay a salary range of $ 7,000 to $ 9,000 plus perks from the company.
