Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process and handle enquiries & orders by following the SOP and Work Instruction provided
- First level support for quality services enquiries
- Professional and timely manner of multi-tasking through multiple systems to meet customer timelines.
- Meet all defined KPI's on monthly basis
- Maintain full compliance to reduce company risk / Audit queries
- Follow coaching/training schedules listed at Country level for job related ERP / CRM / Application training including soft skill trainings, and other company driven training in consultation with your manager / HRBP for personal development.
- Support and maintain customer complaints management through use of operational platforms
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints following company guidelines
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain / Engineering or related
- Prior experience working in chemical / Pharma manufacturing plant will be preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft office e.g., Excel on v-lookup and pivot functions
- Knowledge & Hands on with SAP
- Willing to work in west of Singapore (Tuas West) -Mon to Fri (8am to 4.30pm)
- Able to travel to Italy for training (2weeks)
