In this dynamic regional role, you will be a key driver in the Product Development and Management team. You will turn data and market intelligence into actionable growth strategies, ensuring the product pipeline remains innovative, profitable, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Strategic Development: Support regional growth plans and category-specific strategies based on consumer insights.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Lead products from conceptualization and pricing to post-launch ROI measurement.
- Innovation & Insight: Analyze competitor landscapes and global trends to identify "white space" opportunities for category expansion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with manufacturing, marketing, and local business units to prioritize pipelines and deliver winning commercial propositions.
- Quality & Compliance: Support the harmonization of quality management systems and standardized procedures across the product value chain.

skills and experience required
- Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Life Sciences, or a Business background with relevant consumer goods experience.
- Executive: 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Senior Executive: 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Background in innovation, NPD launches, brand/category management, or compliance audits at a regional level is preferred.
- Experience in the consumer health industry (VDS, OTC, or health foods).
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate them into professional reports and business cases.
- A proactive team player with the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
