about the job
The ideal candidate will manage all accounts receivable functions, including preparing and monitoring monthly aging reports, actively following up on overdue payments, and coordinating with stakeholders to minimize outstanding balances. This role also involves managing financial instruments like security deposits and bank guarantees, ensuring the accuracy of manual billings and credit notes, and reconciling daily transactions. You will also play a key role in financial reporting by preparing journal entries for monthly closing, assisting with audit and tax schedules, conducting financial health evaluations for customers and vendors, and ensuring GST and other financial compliance.
skills and experience required
You should ideally have a diploma or equivalent in Finance and/or Accounting. You need to have at least 1 year of experience but fresh grads with the relevant certification are also welcome to apply. Office is in the West of Singapore, 3 days work in office, 2 days work from home. They haev shuttle bus services from MRT stations to and from office. They are using the Oracle accounting software and it will be advantageous if you have used it before. The finance team has more than 10 staff. AWS and bonus will be given.
