- develop and enforce VDC/IDD standards, BIM templates, and 2D/3D families.
- lead Digital Engineers/BIM Specialists and monitor model deliverables.
- manage design coordination, shop drawings, and submission schedules.
- pilot construction technologies and maintain dashboards for project metrics.
knowledge and skills
- degree in Engineering with BIM certification with over 6 years BIM experience.
- proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, MS Office; basic Dynamo & Civil3D.
- experience with 4D & 5D and PowerBI.
- strong English communication; adaptable and team-oriented.
- background in infrastructure/building projects preferred.
