Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end programs involving the procurement and refurbishment of specialized industrial vehicles and equipment.
- Oversee engineering specifications, manufacturing quality, and acceptance testing to ensure compliance and performance standards.
- Manage project risks and ensure alignment across procurement, sustainability initiatives (e.g., electrification), and refurbishment activities.
- Act as the main liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Analyze equipment performance and user feedback to develop and validate technical specifications for new and refurbished systems.
- Chair or co-chair technical evaluation committees for procurement processes.
- Define and assess engineering and operational scopes for design, manufacturing, and refurbishment activities, ensuring safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred) with over 8 years of senior-level experience in technical and management roles.
- Proven track record in large-scale procurement, refurbishment, or maintenance projects involving both service providers and internal teams.
- Background in industrial operations such as ground handling, fleet management, transport systems, or maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic equipment.
- Familiarity with technologies like predictive maintenance, automation, and autonomous systems.
- Willingness to work during weekends or public holidays when operational needs arise.
