As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a dual-impact role, acting as the bridge between regional market intelligence and commercial execution. You will lead the conceptualization and planning of marketing projects across SEA, ensuring our fragrance stories are both differentiated and aligned with customer objectives.
This is a strategic position where you will:
- Drive Insights: Analyze syndicated market reports and competitive activities to identify high-growth "opportunity spaces" for our clients.
- Shape Strategy: Translate complex consumer and category data into actionable guidance for fragrance development and submission strategies.
- Enable Sales: Refine value propositions and develop high-impact presentation decks to improve sales pitches and customer engagement.
- Lead Communication: Execute branding initiatives, marketing events, and digital communication tools to strengthen our regional presence.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Director, you will join a high-performing team that operates in a regional, cross-functional environment. The team culture is customer-oriented, collaborative, and disciplined in execution. You will work closely with creative and regional teams to ensure that marketing materials and brand directions are consistent and market-leading.
skills and experience required
- A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within B2B fragrance, B2B flavour, ingredients.
- Proven experience working with market research, consumer insights, or category analysis is essential.
- Strong ability to manage multiple regional marketing initiatives simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively across regional market.
