Assist in distribution activities and sales conduct to identify emerging regulatory risks and control deficiencies.
Execute regular risk evaluations, targeted thematic assessments, and tracking of representative operations.
Analyze operational incidents, customer grievances, and investigative findings to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Monitor third-party vendor engagements and external outsourcing frameworks to ensure alignment with compliance standards.
Partner with internal business units to facilitate regulatory reviews and track the resolution of open audit findings.
Skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should possess strong competency in financial regulations and governance frameworks.
At least 3 years of experience specialized in risk management, compliance, or internal control functions within a regulated financial firm.
Thorough comprehension of advisory frameworks, market conduct benchmarks, and regional compliance legislation.
Proven capability to work autonomously, coordinate cross-functional assignments, and deliver governance documentation.
Excellent structural tracking abilities with the capacity to navigate multiple priorities under strict corporate schedules.
Possession of a tertiary degree qualification in any relevant discipline.
