In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing the organization's Server and Storage infrastructure. Working closely with various teams and stakeholders, you’ll define both business and technical needs to shape architectural blueprints that support enterprise-wide strategies. You will guide project delivery teams with technical leadership, ensuring solutions are future-ready, secure, and aligned with recognized industry frameworks. ...

Your key responsibilites are:

Spearhead the development and execution of the enterprise's technology roadmap, focusing on Server and Storage capabilities.
Partner with stakeholders to capture and validate business and IT requirements.
Design architectural models and frameworks that inform infrastructure decisions and long-term initiatives.
Offer expert guidance to engineering and delivery teams for Server and Storage-related implementations.
Validate that architectures meet scalability, security, and performance standards in line with industry best practices.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance infrastructure resilience and efficiency.
Perform detailed assessments and provide improvement strategies for the existing infrastructure.
Engage with cross-functional teams to support the integration of data governance and security frameworks.

skills and experience required:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent discipline.
At least 8 years of hands-on experience leading or consulting on complex Server and Storage initiatives in a technical architecture capacity.
Proficient in infrastructure design and enterprise architecture methodologies, particularly in areas like Virtualization, HyperConverged Infrastructure, SAN/NAS, Containers, VMware, and HyperV.
In-depth knowledge of enterprise Server and Storage ecosystems.
Strong grasp of modern infrastructure trends and deployment strategies.
Analytical mindset with a track record of solving technical challenges efficiently.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Collaborative team player with a proactive and adaptable approach.
