- Handle technical issues related to devices, systems, and applications.
- Handle routine maintenance
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain high-touch user support with a focus on responsiveness and clarity.
- Engage in environment-specific support where real-time responsiveness is critical.
Skills and experience required
- Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in the financial services industry
- Experience in trade floor support is highly preferred
- Familiarity with voice, network, or infrastructure components is a strong advantage.
