Our client is in the oil & gas industry, part of a large conglomerate with a growing presence in the Asia region. Due to continuing business requirements, they are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to support their operations in Indonesia.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Managing Director and acting as a key business partner to cross functional business stakeholders, you will provide advice to support the business operations and growth while minimising risk to the organisation. This includes but is not limited to the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts, providing advisory on regulatory matters and obtaining and maintaining the relevant licensing and permits. You will also support any other corporate matters or disputes that arise.
Requirements
You are law degree qualified with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience with strong experience in corporate and commercial matters in the energy, infrastructure or logistics space and regulatory matters in Indonesia. A hands-on, driven and commercial-minded individual with a desire to learn and grow, you are keen on building a career in the oil & gas industry.
