They are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to be part of their growing legal team to support their regional operations. You will be instrumental in supporting complex transactions and structuring activities across their global operations.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Counsel and serving as a critical partner to executive and cross-functional stakeholders, you will be responsible for advising on mergers and acquisitions, divestments, post-acquisition integration activities, fund formation and structuring. You will also be responsible for the drafting and reviewing of a wide range of commercial contracts that arise from the course of the business and provide strategic counsel for any corporate matters that arise including but not limited to employment, data privacy and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
