Company Overview: Our client is a premier destination and market leader in the hospitality and entertainment sector. They are looking for a high-caliber Senior Manager (Controls Engineering) to lead the reliability, safety, and validation of their mission-critical automation systems.
The Role: You will oversee the engineering lifecycle of complex electro-mechanical systems, focusing on safety compliance, preventive maintenance (PM), and software validation.
... Leadership: Lead a diverse technical team in the diagnosis, troubleshooting, and optimization of control systems.
Reliability: Spearhead Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis and implement Predictive Maintenance technologies to minimize downtime.
Compliance: Manage regulatory safety standards (BCA) and serve as the technical authority for system safety.
Change Management: Review service bulletins, approve software revisions, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance protocols.
Requirements:
Education: Degree in Electrical, Mechatronic, or Computer Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in Control System Engineering and Fault Analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Technical Core: Expert-level proficiency in Allen Bradley (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, SLC 500) and/or Siemens S7.
Systems Knowledge: Strong grasp of VFDs, SDLC, and standard electrical schematics.
Operational Readiness: Comfortable working at heights for system testing and able to support weekend/public holiday shifts when required.
