They are looking for a Senior Marketing Leader to handle all marketing, events, and communications for teams around the world. You'll work closely with sales and other teams across different countries. You should be a self-starter who can work on your own, set goals, make decisions, plan your time, and track your tasks. Key responsibilities include:
...- Manage all kinds of marketing, including events, sponsorships, branding, digital presence, gifts, and marketing materials.
- Plan and run events from start to finish, showing good management and negotiation skills with vendors and partners.
- Use your knowledge of digital marketing tools to create and run global online marketing plans to grow our brand and reach our audience.
- Create good, interesting content for both online and traditional marketing.
- Analyse and ensure investment (ROI) on marketing efforts.
- Be creative and keep up with new product and lifestyle trends to come up with fresh ideas for company items and gifts.
- Be accurate and good with numbers, data, and budget management. You'll need to be good at Microsoft Excel.
- Lead projects and events on your own, and share your ideas and feedback.
- Create and manage our marketing and relationship strategy, including client events and loyalty programs.
- Manage the marketing budget to make sure money is spent well to reach business goals.
- Work with the marketing team on big marketing projects and campaigns.
- Build and keep strong relationships with outside partners and for joint marketing opportunities.
- Develop a range of company brochures, stationery, marketing materials, and corporate videos.
- Handle administrative tasks like tracking and documenting marketing activities.
- Make sure all marketing work follows company rules and local laws.
- Help with other tasks as needed by senior management.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognised institution is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing in both a B2B and B2C setting, ideally with experience in insurance if not in financial services
- At least 8 years of experience in digital, traditional, and event marketing.
- Good communication skills and great teamwork.
- Able to work well with others and lead a team.
- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good at written and spoken English and Chinese, due to the need to liaise with and communicate with clients who only communicate in Chinese.
