key responsibilities
Update logistic, WSMD, pricing information, correct invoice booking, PnL report etc
Review contracts
Coordinate of physical shipments/logistics
Handle LC, shipping schedule confirmation, vessel nomination, review B/L draft, laytime calculations etc
Ensure low risk of the shipment and P&L oriented commercial approach follow-up
Handle term sheets, invoice issuance, monitor payment/funds receptionexperience
