The Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly-networked leader to drive strategic growth. This role is vital for securing partnerships that directly enhance our retail footprint, drive traffic, boost loyalty, and achieve measurable sales uplift. Your success hinges on your ability to leverage your senior network to strike commercially impactful deals.
Responsibilities:- Retail Network & Sourcing: Aggressively leverage a senior contact network across banking, loyalty platforms, and complementary retail brands to generate a robust deal pipeline.
- Commercial Deal Ownership: Lead the full deal cycle: structuring, negotiating, and closing complex co-marketing, co-branding, and revenue-share agreements.
- Traffic & Loyalty Uplift: Design partnerships with a clear focus on driving customer footfall (in-store), increasing e-commerce conversions, and boosting loyalty program enrollment.
- Revenue & ROI Accountability: Own the P&L and manage performance, ensuring alliances deliver strong Partner-Sourced Revenue and a measurable ROI.
- Operational Execution: Drive seamless execution by collaborating closely with Marketing, Retail Operations, and Product teams to launch initiatives.
- Executive Management: Cultivate strong, strategic relationships with C-level and Director-level counterparts in partner organizations.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in Partnership Management, Strategic Alliances, or high-level Business Development.
- Mandatory Network: Demonstrable, active, senior-level contact network specifically within the Retail, Consumer Brands, Payments/Banking, or Loyalty Program ecosystems.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant commercial field.
