Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and reviews to ensure seamless execution.
- Assist the Project Manager in overall project control, including scheduling, installation supervision, and documentation.
- Understand project scopes, specifications, and deviations to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Conduct site surveys with suppliers, contractors, and clients for installation and project requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to facilitate timely delivery and successful project completion.
- Coordinate and work closely with internal teams and external vendors across various engineering disciplines to meet technical requirements.
- Attend site and stakeholder meetings, contributing to technical discussions with clients and consultants.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support the team in ad-hoc tasks and lead on-site execution when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of relevant project engineering experience, preferably with exposure to industrial or government projects.
- Proven ability to manage site coordination and project schedules effectively.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Possession of a valid Singapore driving license (Class 3) and preferably with own transport.
