... - The Relationship Manager (RM) plays a key role in developing the Financial Institutions (FI) business across Asia by setting up the necessary infrastructure to build and manage both inbound and outbound FI relationships
- The primary focus is on Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs), while also selectively engaging with banks to strengthen the branch’s regional banking network
- Working closely with head office segment teams, product units, and support departments (including compliance, legal, and operations), the RM will structure and execute deals that align with the bank’s broader wholesale banking strategy
- The Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) is tasked with cultivating partnerships with NBFIs
- Additionally, the SRM is responsible for initiating and managing relationships with Banks to increase connectivity
- The SRM will manage a portfolio of FI clients, assessing, monitoring and mitigating the credit risk of the portfolio while keeping compliance aspects in mind
- A core component of the role involves establishing strong network with Asian financial institutions to support business connectivity

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be part of a dynamic team with good teamwork and working culture.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor degree with at least 8 years of experience in covering FI and NBFI clients, ideally covered the Asian region
- Knowledge of banking products such as capital markets, loans, syndicated loans, trade finance, treasury, transaction banking etc
- Strong in credit analysis
