about the job
We are currently looking to hire a Senior Retail Marketing Executive to join the dynamic marketing team! You will be primarily responsible for developing, planning, implementing, and overseeing the advertising and promotional activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and run marketing campaigns and events, measuring their success against specific goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Analyze campaign results, manage budgets, and provide monthly reports for internal review and daily tracking.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure projects are successful and increase brand awareness for the mall.
- Manage the mall's social media platforms, integrating online campaigns with offline promotions.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and insights to improve the customer experience and strengthen the brand.
- Maintain and update content across all digital and social media platforms.
- Actively market in-mall advertising spaces to generate additional revenue.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
skills and experience required
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a similar field.
- Ideally, 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or with a media/social agency.
- Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and a resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and function in a dynamic working environment
