Drive operational success and process integrity across complex manufacturing campaigns in a state-of-the-art facility.
- Lead operational release activities, directing comprehensive root cause investigations for deviations, non-conformities, and production abnormalities.
- Apply structured problem-solving methodologies including 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, and FMECA to analyze process variations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and quality teams to establish root causes, assess product impact, and support lot disposition.
- Formulate and implement corrective and preventive action programs, overseeing effectiveness checks and detailed technical reporting.
- Manage operational readiness and run tasks, including batch record lifecycle management, change requests, and material evaluations.

- Senior-level experience in biopharmaceutical or advanced manufacturing operations with deep operational knowledge of facility equipment.
- Proven background in leading complex deviation investigations, root cause analyses, and CAPA frameworks within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong expertise in operational readiness, technical documentation creation, and regulatory audit representation.
- Demonstrated capability in leading process improvement projects and managing contingent workforce operational requirements.
- Exceptional technical writing, presentation, and cross-functional stakeholder management abilities.
