I am representing an international school seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that showcase our school's unique value to the community.
About the role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, your responsibilities will includes
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with their school's mission and enrollment goals.
- Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, paid advertising (PPC, social media ads), content management systems (CMS), and email marketing. .
- Oversee the creation of all marketing materials, from digital assets to print collateral, with a sharp eye for design and a focus on compelling storytelling
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Work collaboratively with admissions, academic, and administrative teams to ensure a cohesive brand message
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of funds to maximize ROI. Track and report on marketing spend against key performance indicators
Skills and experience required
- Min 6 years of relevant experience and background with strong digital marketing knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas, collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with external partners.
