Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, service requests, and feedback through various communication channels.
Coordinate service scheduling and liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and customers to ensure timely completion of jobs and customer satisfaction.
Prepare quotations, service documents, purchase orders, and shipment forms while maintaining accurate records in the system.
Support after-service activities such as tracking job progress, updating reports, managing warranty claims, and assisting with audits or inspections.
Collaborate with internal teams to monitor service quality, identify process improvements, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
skills and experience required
