About the Role

Design, develop, and implement solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and configure ServiceNow applications, including workflows, forms, scripts, and reports.
Provide technical expertise and support for implementations.
Assist in translating requirements into technical specifications.
Configure core modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM) and participate in UAT/data migration.
Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs.
Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with enterprise systems for seamless data flow, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Skills and Experience Required

5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, specializing in ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
Strong understanding of ITOM principles and best practices; Observability experience is a plus.
Expertise in configuring ServiceNow objects: workflows, forms, tables, business rules, client scripts, script includes, etc.
