Key Responsibilities

Prepare, evaluate, and price technical proposals and tenders.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily site preparation and construction progress.
Act as the technical point of contact, coordinating with clients, sub-contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Conduct regular site progress meetings and report project status to the Project Manager.
Understand and apply geotechnical project requirements, particularly regarding soil conditions and foundation works.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience in foundation construction, site management, or reviewing RFQs is preferred.
Open to candidates with no experience; comprehensive training will be provided.
Comfortable committing to a 5.5-day work week (alternate Saturdays); includes 18 days of annual leave.
Willing to work on-site (current projects based in West Singapore).
Possessing a "Supervise Construction Work for WSH" certificate is an advantage.
