about the job
We are currently looking to hire a Social Media Specialist! You’d be in charge of content creation and planning marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the marketing team to ensure consistency in visual storytelling and alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
- Create and implement social media content strategies based on the respective brands’ messages.
- Coming up with engaging brand stories on social media for the right target market.
- Planning content for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- To evaluate efficacy and guide strategy adjustments, track and evaluate performance indicators.

Work together with organizations to develop relevant engagement tactics and community-building initiatives.
Ad-hoc duties as assignedskills and experience required
- Degree in Business / Marketing / Mass Communications
- You should ideally have 2 to 3 years of content creation experience within the retail sector or marketing agencies.
- Able to work independently and function in a dynamic working environment
