• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders and engage in technical conversations with your team. You'll need to be hands-on, with a strong foundation in coding, system design, and the ability to work with full-stack technologies like Next.js/React.js and Java/TypeScript.
• Manage a team of at least 5 software engineers, providing regular feedback, mentorship, and guidance. You will also assist with recruitment, particularly for senior hires.

skills and experience required
At least 3-5 years of team management experience with a minimum of 5 direct reports. Experience with large-scale, high-availability software systems.

A strong foundation in coding and the ability to do hands-on work in system design. Experience in modern full-stack web application technologies is preferred.

Certifications such as Agile, PMP, CITPM, and Scrum Master would be highly preferred.
