This is a strategic Senior Software Manager, primarily a managerial role, but you must possess a deep technical understanding to guide architecture, hiring, and delivery across a complex wireless product stack.

Manage 10-15 people and more in the future
Have experience in hands-on development as well as strong people management skills
Lead the multidisciplinary team (embedded, mobile, QA), establish structure, and foster accountability.
Drive program delivery and on-time execution of cross-functional software projects.
Enhance execution quality and velocity via better tooling, CI/CD, and QA practices.
Ensure tight software/hardware integration by acting as the primary liaison and translating requirements into development plans.

skills and experience required

Min 8 years in software development, including 3+ years in people management.
Proven track record leading the delivery of embedded or networked systems or routers or wireless/wifi.
Experience shipping hardware products with integrated firmware/software.
Familiarity with embedded Linux (especially OpenWrt)
Proficient in agile methodologies and modern project management
