Lead solution development: Drive the development of Resaro's solutions for the defense, military, and law enforcement sectors.
Translate client needs: Work directly with customers, federal agencies, and partners to understand their needs and translate them into project plans, ensuring that explainability, safety, and feasibility are built into every program.
Manage project execution: Collaborate with internal and external teams to prioritize deliverables and successfully implement product safety and security requirements on time.
Mitigate risk: Proactively identify and manage project and financial risks.
Build the team: Determine staffing and skill requirements for program tasks and support recruitment efforts.
Drive business growth: Develop and execute the business development and relationship strategy for the defense, military, and law enforcement sectors.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience: A strong track record as a solutions architect in the defense, military, or law enforcement sectors. Alternatively, a relevant postgraduate degree with at least four years of experience.
Program management: Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex defense and security programs, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Technical expertise: A solid technical background with an understanding of or hands-on experience in the responsible application of AI solutions. You should be able to test product features when necessary.
AI governance knowledge: Familiarity with laws and regulations governing AI in defense, such as international humanitarian and human rights law.
Strategic influence: The ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence decision-making.
Cross-functional collaboration: Skilled at working effectively within cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
Resilience and focus: The ability to navigate uncertainty and explore new possibilities while remaining focused on the mission.
Effective communication: Strong problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders, including military personnel and policymakers.
