about the job:
This is a leadership-level role at the intersection of engineering and AI innovation, driving the adoption of Generative AI capabilities across the region. The position involves a hybrid focus, approximately 60% technical leadership and 40% hands-on engineering and implementation.
You will be a key decision-maker for technical direction, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to evaluate and guide solution architecture, development practices, and AI governance standards. Beyond engineering, you’ll act as a mentor and thought leader, embedding responsible AI practices across product teams.
Your scope will include influencing the design of GenAI systems, ensuring security, compliance, and ethical standards are met, while also staying ahead of emerging technologies to continuously elevate delivery quality and performance. This role reports into the regional leadership team and offers the opportunity to make a visible impact at scale.
