As part of their regional growth strategy, they are seeking an Solutions Marketing Manager --Industrial Technology to bridge technology, marketing, and sales, defining and promoting market-differentiated solutions that drive commercialization and market success.
About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director, your responsibilities include:
- Define offer positioning, value proposition, and go-to-market strategies that differentiate the company’s solutions in a competitive landscape
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities that inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure solutions align with market needs and deliver measurable business impact
- Create compelling marketing materials and sales enablement tools that support customer engagement and accelerate adoption
Skills and Requirements
- Five to eight years of experience in B2B solution or product marketing, ideally within technology, engineering, or industrial sectors
- Strong market insight, product positioning expertise, and ability to collaborate across functions
- Exceptional business acumen and proven track record of driving successful go-to-market strategies for complex solutions
