Randstad is partnering with one of the largest food manufacturers to hire a Spare Parts Planner. This role is responsible for planning, prioritizing, scheduling, and managing maintenance activities to enhance equipment availability by extending lifespan and minimizing breakdowns.

about the job
- Plan and prepare all scheduled maintenance work with realistic and achievable timelines.
- Maintain production equipment to ensure line efficiency and quality targets are consistently achieved.
- Coordinate and ensure a smooth handover between operations and maintenance teams for all maintenance tasks.
- Input and analyze maintenance-related data to support planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with the core team to optimize maintenance schedules.
- Monitor and update the current status of activities, ensuring continuous progress tracking.
- Generate reports and extracts from the maintenance schedule for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage spare parts inventory, coordinate with customer service, and ensure timely procurement of required components.
skills and experience required
- Min Diploma
- Preferably individuals with at least 2 years of parts planning experience
