about the job
As a strategic advisor to business unit leaders, you will provide consultative guidance on organizational design, workforce restructuring, and headcount planning to support transformation goals.
You will also:
- Manage the annual workforce planning and manpower budgeting cycle, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to forecast manpower requirements and validate resource allocation.
- Proactively identify and assess opportunities for organizational redesign, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency by streamlining processes, creating synergies, and leveraging automation for transactional tasks.
- Oversee the integrity of the organizational framework and job data within the SuccessFactors platform.
- Collaborate with the Payroll and Finance departments to model and forecast workforce-related costs, providing critical manpower data for the upcoming fiscal year's financial planning.
- Govern the generation and validation of all workforce data, delivering accurate people metrics and insightful reports to support senior leadership decision-making.
... skills and experience required
- Degree-qualified, with at least 5 years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner, with a focus in manpower planning and organisational development.
- Experience in job redesign/job restructuring and manpower budgeting will be critical.
- Possesses strong quantitative aptitude and a high degree of precision in handling details.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels.
