• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all API, EDI, and MuleSoft services, providing technical direction and mentoring to the team

skills and experience required
8 years of experience in integration architecture, with deep and extensive experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform is required. Familiarity with cloud integration (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred.

Expertise in API development using protocols like REST and SOAP, with hands-on experience in XML and JSON standards.

Minimum 5 years of working experience with EDI standards (e.g., X12, EDIFACT) and meeting business requirements across multiple trading partners.

In-depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks (v3/v4) and demonstrated experience with ITSM toolsets such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business language for stakeholders.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities, especially under pressure during major incidents.
