artment and the retail operations side of the business. Your primary function is that of a specialized Inventory Analyst, focusing on optimizing the entire product flow and maximizing asset value. This involves executing the commercial strategy for product replenishment and directing inventory allocation to various sales channels based on sales velocity and operational limits. You will be responsible for creating data-driven strategies to minimize loss from aging stock by proposing and implementing markdown, consolidation, and final disposition plans. Additionally, you will support finance by tracking key expenditure budgets and contributing to the biannual financial planning cycle. The ideal candidate is one who is agile, independent and highly analytical.
Skills and experience required
You should possess a recognised Diploma or Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in asset optimization, materials planning, or commercial finance support.
