• Oversee the full supply planning process, aligning capacity plans with business needs and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to review specifications, allocate production to partners, and balance cost, quality, and delivery priorities.
• Analyse planning outcomes to identify gaps, recommend product transfers, and continuously improve sourcing and allocation efficiency.
• Utilising digital planning tools and data analytic to enhance forecast accuracy, monitor supplier capacity, and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Drive process improvements through lean and agile practices, develop performance dashboards, and support seasonal initiatives and special projects.
