- Initially manage 60%–70% of support tickets for understanding system bugs, usage patterns, and user pain points.
- Review functional specifications and analyze system logs using SQL to identify root causes and coordinate with tech teams on module enhancements (e.g., container movement, SAP integration, and cost modules).
- Actively participate in large-scale digital transformations, including regional ERP migrations (such as the North America rollout) and implementing new agency commission models across various time zones.
- Identify operational gaps and take the initiative to suggest best practices or implement structured change management processes where none currently exist.
- Act as the technical bridge between business users (SMEs, Project Managers and etc) and software vendors to ensure enhancements are delivered accurately.
skills and experience required
Strong in SQL. Ideally, you have a background in programming (PHP, Javascript, or VB.net) which helps you think like a builder, not just an end-user
Experience with complex systems before (ERP, CRM, or WMS). Ability to learn new logic and adapt to new system quickly is more important.
