Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Lead: Spearhead the end-to-end tender process for Aftermarket Sales (Parts, Maintenance, Services, and Turnkey Upgrades).
Cost & Strategy: Develop competitive pricing models, accurate cost calculations, and risk assessments to ensure healthy project margins.
Contract Management: Partner with Legal and Sales teams to review T&Cs, identify deviations, and negotiate commercial terms with clients to close deals.
Vendor Ecosystem: Manage external vendor relationships, sourcing quotes, and ensuring back-to-back scope alignment for complex turnkey projects.
Execution Support: Act as the commercial anchor during the project handover, ensuring smooth execution, timely invoicing, and adherence to export control/compliance standards.
Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor trends in the energy sector to refine bidding strategies and improve win rates.
The Ideal Candidate:
Education: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power Engineering.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in Tendering, Proposal Engineering, or Application Engineering within the Energy or Heavy Industrial sector.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of rotating equipment (Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Generators) and Boilers/Heat Recovery systems preferred.
Commercial Acumen: Familiarity with commercial contracts, Incoterms, cost estimation (P&L), and trade compliance.
