about the job
In this role, you will execute both training delivery and operational administration for the firm's financial representatives. Operating within a structured distribution environment, you will facilitate essential educational modules while managing end-to-end departmental administration. Your focus is to support the training lifecycle to ensure sales competency and regulatory adherence across the advisory teams.
• Training Delivery: Facilitating foundation training modules, onboarding briefings, and essential technical sessions for new and existing financial representatives.
• Content Maintenance: Reviewing and updating educational slide decks, resources, and digital training content to align with shifting market conditions and compliance guidelines.
• Training Administration: Managing the Learning Management System to monitor course attendance, evaluate programme completion, and track Continuing Professional Development hours.
• Logistical Coordination: Coordinating the end-to-end logistics for learning events, including venue bookings, materials preparation, and scheduling.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaising with compliance, business development, and external insurers to distribute updated training schedules and ensure compliance-aligned communications.

skills and experience required
To be considered for this position, you should fulfill the following objective criteria:
• Education: Diploma or degree qualification in any discipline.
• Experience: Experience in training facilitation, corporate coordination, or human resources administration, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with financial sector terminology or industry guidelines such as the Financial Advisers Act.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office applications, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Learning Management Systems.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills for presenting training materials and managing cross-departmental coordination.
