The Training Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously refining the group’s training programs and operational SOPs. This individual will play a key role in maintaining and elevating service standards, ensuring all outlets operate at the highest level of excellence expected in a luxury environment.
skills and experience required
At least 5–7 years of relevant experience in training and service excellence, ideally within luxury hospitality or premium F&B environments.
Demonstrated success in managing training frameworks and SOPs across multiple outlets or brands.
Certified in Food Hygiene and other relevant safety and compliance standards (e.g., WSQ, NEA, etc.).
Deep understanding of luxury service principles and guest engagement standards.
Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills; able to work across departments and levels.
Highly organised, with attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellence.
Experience with digital training tools or e-learning platforms is an advantage.
