about the job
Reporting to the Corporate Treasury Director, you will play a key part in managing treasury activities, supporting financial forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and ensuring liquidity for the business. You’ll also take ownership of inventory finance controls, streamline reporting processes, and work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate stock levels while minimising risk. The role includes overseeing loan and insurance processes, supporting month-end and year-end closings, and contributing to ongoing automation and SAP HANA transformation efforts. You'll be involved in both operational and strategic work, with the chance to shape best practices in a fast-evolving environment.
Skills and experience required
- Degree in Finance/Accounting, or related field with professional accreditation
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to treasury or financial operations
- Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills across teams and departments
- Hands-on experience with month-end processes, reporting, and financial controls
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving digital initiatives
- Familiarity with SAP HANA or other ERP systems is a plus
- Knowledge of Power BI or Microsoft Power Platform tools would be advantageous
- Prior experience in insurance, compliance, or financial modelling is beneficial
