Reporting to the CFO, you will serve as a critical member of the finance leadership team, overseeing all core finance and tax functions across the group. This role spans financial reporting, planning and analysis, budgeting, business partnering, M&A support, compliance, and group tax strategy. We’re looking for a commercially driven leader with strong business acumen, who thrives in partnering with business leaders to drive performance and transformation. The ideal candidate combines solid technical depth with a forward-looking, strategic mindset and enjoys building consensus across complex stakeholder environments. Skills and experience required
- Degree in Finance/Accounting, or related field with professional accreditation
- Relevant years of progressive finance experience, with years of experience in a senior leadership role overseeing large teams within a listed or multinational environment.
- Prior background in External audit or Big 4 auditing is highly preferred
- Track record in leading group-level finance functions including FP&A, statutory and management reporting, tax planning, and compliance.
- Experience supporting board-level governance, audit committees, and strategic initiatives such as M&A, business integration, or transformation.
- Commercially oriented with a strong ability to partner cross-functionally with operations, business development, and other departments to drive financial insight and business value.
- Skilled in financial systems and process improvement, with exposure to digital transformation initiatives or financial automation.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; adaptable in working with diverse personalities and driving alignment in dynamic settings.
- Resilient, hands-on, forward-thinking, and committed to continuous learning and team development.
